  My home AC was not working at all and on a referral I contacted Prime Time. I spoke to Tony and he came out the next morning and diagnosed my problem. From start to finish Tony was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced my OEM board and cleaned my coils on the outside unit. Everything worked great after that. The next day the AC unit stopped working again and I called Tony back and he came back ASAP to see what was going on. It was a simple fix that was not anticipated on the initial inspection. Tony did not charge for the second trip or repairs. He went above and beyond to insure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Prime Time is lucky to have a technician that exhibits extraordinary customer service and skill. Thank you Tony!

  I reached out to Tony late afternoon last week on 100 degree day and ask him if he can come out to see what could problem be with my AC condenser making huge noise from time to time.
  Tony was unavailable to come out that same evening but promised to be there first thing next morning and as a way of apologizing for inconvenience even waved the charge for service call and diagnostic.
  Once at my address Tony was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
  It took him a moment literally to diagnose the problem and present me with possible solutions and options. Once I decided on how to proceed he was back next day with the part and did repair. He even got me original part for my equipment for the price of aftermarket to which I agreed to pay.
  Through out the whole process he worked around my work schedule and was very prompt on his timing. Never late and I was always notified of incoming appointments and when he was on his way.
  I would highly recommend Tony's company to anyone who is looking for fast, professional, courteous and knowledgeable service.

  Replaced whole a/c and heater unit in an older house, old unit wasn’t centered so when I had to put a new filter I had to fold it which was not good so they fixed the floor for the new unit to sit right. Lower price than other companies, right on schedule and work was done fast. Also got the uv light that go in the duct that kills bacteria and viruses in the air so less worries about air quality. Definitely will call them again.

  We are new homeowners of a 40 year old home. Our HVAC was holding on by a thread. We contacted our home warranty. The first hvac company was not PrimeTime and all they did was put an expensive bandaid over it. We filed a new claim and PrimeTime came out and was upfront and honest. They got our replacement approved. What a blessing!!!! There’s not too many companies out there that will tell the warranty companies exactly what the home owners need. It usually works the other way around. I’m so thankful for their honesty! It makes PrimeTime trustworthy! I won’t hesitate recommending PrimeTime! They are a family business and their techs are just as trustworthy!! I’m so thankful we got this taken care of before the 90-100 degree weather comes!

  I really dislike writing reviews to companies but I felt I really needed to let everyone know what a great experience I had with this company! This past cold spell, I received a phone call from my son that the heater wasn’t working. I had remembered that I saw a company on a billboard. I went ahead and just took a risk and I contacted them. This was on a Sunday, I reached out to them right at closing time and the gentleman didn’t hesitate to send someone out.It was probably around 10 PM when he arrived he had just finished a call across town, he fixed my issues right away and got me going quick.I’m very grateful to this company, the gentleman went over everything and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need.He mentioned my system was a little old and I would need to replace it’s soon but there was no rush on it. Unit was 17 years old, found blower motor over amping, weak capacitor and a lot of corrosion on the exhaust vent after showing me my different options. We decided it was time for replacement.   Bought a new Amana unit in May and had it installed. The new unit ran so well through one of the hottest summers we have had in many years and kept our house comfortable without any problems. What is even better is our electric bill went from almost $400 a month in the hottest part of the summer to right at $200 a month. Today they came out for a quality inspection to make sure it was working properly. The technician, Jorge R., was on time, professional, very thorough and answer any question I had.   Reached out to Eric in late April 2023 to check out my HVAC unit that was not cooling even though outdoor temps were barely in the low 80s. He scheduled himself and Tony to come out early the following week and diagnose my system. I was given a few options ranging from the quick fix of existing unit up to replacing the interior system (which was the main problem) to upgrading the entire system as I had mentioned my long-term plan was to add another 500sf to my home.I originally chose to just replace the interior system but on install date, Tony offered me a great deal on replacing the exterior unit with a unit that would be large enough for the future add-on since another customer of his decided not to upgrade their outdoor unit. I agreed and his workers, George and Joseph, did the install which took about 6-8 hours in early May (install date delayed by me due to work constraints but they originally offered to install the next day after diagnosis).A new return vent and a supply vent were added as well. Tony and Eric both checked in on the work being done throughout the day. Tony was there for testing the system.Now the end of July with multiple 100 degree days and my house has no problem staying in the high 60s/low 70s. Highly recommend them!
